3. Your content

You retain all rights to the notes, contacts, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Salesko a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to submit Your Content, including any personal data about third parties.

4. AI features

The Service uses AI models to extract entities and relationships from Your Content. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing results before acting on them.

5. Beta and availability

The Service is currently offered in beta and may be free of charge. It is provided on an evolving basis: features may change, be limited, or be discontinued, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google sign-in, MCP clients, and AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Salesko and protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salesko will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, through a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
